The default team strength in the Euro2020 Score Chart is based on SPI (Soccer Power Index) values from fivethirtyeight.com. In case, you do not agree with the default team strength, it is easy to tweak the strength of each team in the Euro2020 Excel score chart.
Just go to the SPI tab and change the SPI Adjustment Factor (SAF). Positive SAF increases team strength. Negative SAF reduces team strength.
For example, after changing SAF of Turkey from 0 to +5, Turkey’s ranking in chances winning the tournament increases from No. 17 to No. 7.
